The high-quality log villa is well suited for both business travel and leisure use in Levi. The peaceful location in Utsuvaara provides the conditions for an atmospheric holiday close to nature, yet with Levi’s services still close by.

The villa has two floors. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and utility room. Sauna, washroom/toilet, dressing room and separate toilet are also located on the first floor. The bedroom on this floor has two single beds. The living room and dining room are one open space. At the large table, there is space to eat together and also hold meetings, if necessary.

Upstairs there is a small hall, a toilet and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The floor also has a sleeping alcove/living room with beds for four and another TV. There are child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Terrace with a view of the fells.

There is a billiard room on the basement floor.

The price includes final cleaning, but linen are not included.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard, and thus offers a great setting for a relaxing vacation. At Albert Villa, even a larger group can stay comfortably. There is one bedroom downstairs and three rooms upstairs. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.

Comfortable accommodations can be arranged for up to 20 people, by booking both sides of the Albert Villa semi-detached house. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with full equipment for 16 people. The cabin has a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and all the comforts for a relaxing time. The general impression in the premises is homely, which is confirmed by the beautiful wooden wall surfaces with a curved shape.

There is a sauna and laundry facilities on the first floor of the apartment. Both floors have their own toilet. Clothes care is facilitated by a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet.

The cottage’s open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace has all of today’s basic amenities, and the residents use high-quality Pentik tableware in the kitchen. With a comprehensive level of equipment, we wanted to guarantee an easy and stress-free holiday for all the cabin’s residents.

For serious sauna users, there is a smoke sauna in the courtyard, which can be heated by separate order. The possibility for a dip for all enthusiasts can be found in the nearby Vielmajoki stream.

The cottage’s three bedrooms on the ground floor and the sleeping loft offer a bed for a total of 10 residents. Extra beds can be made from the sofa bed in the loft if needed.

Vielmansavu is located close to hobbies. It is 200 m to the start of the ski slope, and the Gondola lift, which starts 900 m away, gives you a ride to the top of Levi.

Minimum rental is 3 days.
